All butts/ashes/other remnants must be removed or trashed appropriately by Guest before check out. Collect butts in a disposable receptacle (ex: solo cup) and discard in sealed trash as described below. NEVER THROW YOUR BUTTS ON THE GROUND. IT IS A FIRE HAZARD. Dishes: Please wash all dishes used and place clean dishes back in their respective drawer/cupboard/area. 10. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 11. Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. This is an area undergoing rapid rehabilitation and there are many cool houses within this neighborhood. It's very easy to get around the city from this area. Access to Marsha Sharp Freeway, Interstate 27, Highway 87, and Loop 289 can all be easily obtained from this neighborhood. Just blocks from Texas Tech campus and stadium. Uber rides to the stadium, Broadway, or downtown are generally around $5. The Time Machine is equipped with Nest outdoor security cams in the front, side, and backyard area for guests safety. We were not able to salvage the original hardwood floors but were able to create the look with vinyl planks. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated. The Master suite is outfitted with a queen bed with a western vintage vibe and an oversized chair that is perfect for curling up in and reading a book. This house is located just south of Texas Tech University in the Wheelock Monterey neighborhood. You can usually Uber to the campus, Broadway, or downtown areas for around $5. The house is one block west of University (a major street), which makes the area very safe. Very centrally located! TTU campus and stadium can be accessed by simply heading north on University. The house is located directly off University and makes travel very convenient. By heading north, you can also access the Marsha Sharp freeway to head to West Lubbock for shopping and trendy restaurants. The house is very close to Broadway and downtown for live music, drinks, or dinner. Guests can access the loop by heading south on University. Other than Uber, options for ground transportation in Lubbock are poor, and although the neighborhood is convenient to the University and downtown, a car is still recommended. Well behaved pets are allowed. Be aware that if your pet does any damage to the property, we will contact you for payment to fix the damage and/or contact AirBnB regarding the situation.
