Amrex Model HV716 HV Muscle Stimulator Item powers up, but I do not know how to operate it. I was told it worked fine. It looks like it is in really good condition, see pictures. You get everything you see in the pictures.I am not sure what everything is.The timer works and in one picture you can see the lights on. You are buying as is. I know these units are very expensive.
